Boutike Cibeles Apartment - Madrid

I appreciated location, it was incredible and very central. Also, it was not far from 10 minutes to the Prado and place to stop for load/off load and vibrating Madrid.

I really enjoyed this apartment, it was luxury and luxurious, and the staff were really helpful that was huddled around the reception desk.

Excellent stay for a vacation, satisfied with this awesome and beautiful apartment. The continental breakfast with a great value for 6 euros can be provided if needed. The host was exceptionally welcoming and very informative, and planned late check-out for us.

The whole apartment was boutique and luxurious. The location was absolutely perfect - just a walk to an urban park. Furthermore, it was walking distance to shopping streets and convenience stores. It was 25 km away from the airport. The bed was nice here. The neighbourhood was very nice;)))

Very central location right in the centre of Madrid, I enjoyed that it was 200 metres from a metro station. Very amiable staff that needs review from their management, everything was clean.

The staff was attentive that was huddled around the reception desk, and the location was marvellous and fantastic. During the stay everything was perfect and I got wake up calls as a compliment. Beds were spacious and it had kitchen. A double sink and washing machine were available here. Had natural lighting.

I had the most pleasant stay at this fabulous hotel. The staff were very good too make my experience nice. When I accidentally blew out the electricity system, they quickly fixed it with a smile. Even on a rainy day, they provided me with a free umbrella. The spacious rooms with well-stocked kitchens were a delight. And let's not forget the wonderful location, within walking distance of major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for an very nice stay.

An excellent and fantastic apartment, everything was great!

The interior was very modern, it had everything for a wonderful stay during our visit. Room was luxury and huge, cable television and free Wi-Fi were available too.

Marvellous and fantastic location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from the city center, yet the area is good. It has Wheelchair Accessible policy so everyone is welcome.

Staff, they are all knowledgeable, that needs review from their management.

The bathroom here is tiny.

The hotel's contemporary decoration and parque flooring gave a stylish touch to the suite. The roof-top terrace with magnificent views was the perfect spot to enjoy snacks and drinks, just like being in a chic cocktail bar. The spacious seating area with satellite TV in the suite made it feel like a cozy living room. The shared terrace with city views was a delightful place to relax and admire the surroundings. The fully-equipped kitchen in the junior suite allowed me to prepare meals just like a top chef.

Traffic noise constant.

Very clean and comfortable in a fantastic location,close to metro and express bus service to the airport.plenty of choice of restaurants and cafes close by. Staff very friendly and efficient and whole establishment elegant and tranquil. Very good value for money( including afternoon tea on the rooftop terrace. Would certainly stay again and recommend to others

Could do with a few extras in the kitchen e.g more cutlery and although it was good to have dishwasher and washing machine powder could have done with some washing up liquid and cloth

This place is wicked! I could sent our queen or my Mother in Law here and she would love it, location is right in the Heart of Madrid, the room (apartment) is i think nicer and bigger then my own one! 2 bedrooms, 3 enormous TV screens, good coffee machine, fully equipped place to stay (no views from the windows but for the rest super!)

there is really nothing to worry about, this place rules price wise.

had an amazing long weekend in madrid and found the perfect place to stay. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even fixing a problem with the electricity and providing free umbrellas. the spacious rooms with well-stocked kitchens were a bonus for our family. excellent dining options nearby, recommended by the helpful front desk staff.
